What is KeepMeClose?
KeepMeClose is an iPhone app that helps you stay in touch with the people who matter. You add contacts, choose how often you want to check in (daily, weekly, or monthly), and the app sends gentle reminders when it's time to reach out.
How do reminders work?
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device for each contact based on the cadence you set. Make sure notifications are enabled for KeepMeClose in your iPhone Settings.
What does KeepMeClose Premium include?
Premium unlocks unlimited contacts and unlimited AI message suggestions. The free version lets you track up to 5 people and offers a limited number of AI suggestions per day.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select KeepMeClose. Canceling stops future renewals; your current period stays active until it ends.
How do I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app, under Profile, then Delete Account. If you need help, email us.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. KeepMeClose is currently available on iPhone, with an Android version planned for the future.
